Really boring counter...up one day, down three days...It is proven management has no interest at all since last time to deal with its share price...No share buyback, no dealing in securities, and no acquisition of shares by owner had been done till now....

Not even a single share hasn't been disposed till now by me....I will only sell at 2.00 once the value of its Damansara land reach 2000 psf...I believe it might take another 10 yrs to reach tat land value provided Mustapha didn't sell or develop tat 230 acres of Damansara Perdana land....If 2000 psf, the land value could worth at least 10 billion...

Let's hope tat Mustapha won't sell any of the remaining 230 acres of its Damansara land n keep it tight for another 10 yrs just let the value of land appreciate to the highest level...But u all must be prepared to hold it for a very long term without dividend...
