RM32 million is equivalent to profit after tax for 2 years. Good news.
I was told that the golf course in Taiping is not making money. After disposing, company will be more profittable.
I believe, there could be more land sales coming. More profits, more dividends.

So it is in the middle of nowhere!!!...we hope to see more land disposal especially its 56 acres Setiawangsa land tat could be sold at 230-250 mil...Tis should make MK profitable n cash rich even without developing properties...I hope for at least first n final 1 Sen dividend tis year...

Kktom...I believe Mkland can return back to former glory...Provided they develop Bandar Teknopolis perdana into a successful n strategic township...these are affordable housing development in which Mkland is very good at.. tis 3000 acres mixed development is expected to keep Mkland busy for the next 10 yrs to come...Mkland will transform Perak into a new well developed and advanced state in the future hence enhance its land value in Perak...

kktom and Nemesis i think the old boss is much more aggressive then his daughter. I personally feel that his daughter is not aggressive at all. I wonder is the group of what they so call ' professional to run the company ' still remain in the group or not ? Look like they r not performing n should be removed.

Tan Sri Mustapha should take Mkland private due to the persisting undervaluation of share its price...Majority of investors are avoiding or just not interested to buy tis stock though it has good assets...even loss making stocks with lousy assets also can go up and up...BUT NOT Mkland

Not only the share price and the investors are sleeping. I am worried even the mgt is sleeping, and that is the biggest problem why this share continues to sleep.. You see so many property companies making announcements coming up with innovative schemes to attract buyers for their properties and projects but you seldom hear from this counter. This company is so quiet, I wonder if mgt is really sleeping...

Nick...don't you know they purposely pressed down the price for cheap accumulation and later lift it up again high...The land disposal at least ve given assurance tat for the next 2 financial yrs Mkland will be profitable n dividend intact...If more land disposal on the way, then Mkland will be very profitable even without new launches...

Frens...do not be cheated...They are pressing down the price quietly for a steady accumulation...It might drop to 0.30 soon, BUT be steady, as long as u don sell cheap to them, u should prosper with Mkland...Just ponder, its latest land disposal is a good news...If price retreat instead of advancing then u know something is lurking behind closed door...If u are wise, u won't sell but buy more at depressed level...

I guess Mkland already knew that earlier tat is why they sold some land to offset the fine...they already prepared to handle tat fine by disposing land...It won't affect its fundamental as Mkland still have massive land to SELL just in case its balance sheet is shaken...Not a problem at all...

Anyway Mkland said they will fight and appeal and totally disagree with tis Tax penalty...It is still 50/50 outcome...I believe they will channel it to court case...no need to press the panic button...they will fight against it!
