Of course Nick...for Mkland to triple in price it might just take 2-3 years But for purchased land to triple in price it might take more than 10 years...some more you are paying just 10 sen for a land tat is worth 1.00...simple calculation...but I really hope tat Mkland will not rise and stay below 0.20...pls Don rock it and splash optimism n excitement to tis stock...we want it to stay below 0.20...

Hi Nick n Ivan I have a strong conviction Mkland will stage a V shape recovery n rise back fm ashes tis year...Several major launches already set to launch tis year and tis will definitely increase its earnings moving forward n dividend will be declared back...What we need is patient to keep us fm selling when u lose hope on Mkland...The only thing tat I feel very secured wit MK is tat it is in Net Cash position with 16 Billion GDV worth of development...tis kind of amount is sufficient to drive Mkland above 1.00 in the future....
