Well tat doesn't signal anything good for Mkland as property sector is in great downturn...Mkland is possible to fall to 0.15 soon...0.15 is right on target...
But L&G 's share price won't up much compare to Mkland, Mkland's price will spike up crazily, Sky is the limit ! I foresee Mkland's price will break above RM1.00 in year 2020 and RM2.00 in year 2021 !

2019 yearly financial result is weaker than expected as several previous launched affordable housing projects fm Rumah Selangorku, Klebang Putra n Meru Perdana have yet to be fully reflected in current financial result...Moving forward to next year we have reasons to be optimistic of Mkland to redevelop Bukit Merah Lake Town n Bandar Teknopolis which is massive...They have yet to finalise on its final master plan but one thing for sure is that Mkland is positioning to develop Perak state to provide more affordable housing...Mkland is still sitting on 4000 acres of undeveloped landbank in Perak and more affordable home will be launched soon in Perak state...at current price of 0.18 it is trading at a massive discount to its future intrinsic value n its Revised Net Tangible Asset Value which I believe should be around 3.00-3.50 per share after its land revaluation...
All of us might be skeptical but my research has revealed that Mkland is probably the one and only property stock in Bursa tat is trading at a Sky wide gap to its RNAV tat is worth at least 3.00 after revaluation...0.18 to its RNAV of at least 3.00 per share is indeed huge tremendous value gap...tis is due to its super low acquisition cost of its massive landbank many years ago...Profit wise Mkland isn't attractive yet, but in terms of Asset Play it is definitely a top pick in property sector in Bursa...
Not bad QR, still profitable... Got profit of => 1.2million riggit ! Revenue => 24,798,000 {24.8million riggit} Profit/(loss) before tax => 20,205,000 {20.2million riggit} Profit/(loss) for the period=> 1,239,000 {1.2million riggit}
And the NTA is equivalent to 0.99 , compared to current discount price of 0.17 definitely is a big discount price !
0.99 is at book value...Revise Book Value is above 3.00 per share after land revaluation tat is nearly 18 times the current low share price...BUY!!!!!!!
Now the major catalyst tat could ramp up Mkland in coming mth is Land Disposal to unlock land asset value...land disposal is the fastest way to lift up its financial result amidst current tough and sluggish property mkt...Mkland's 4900 acres of undeveloped landbank is worth around 5 billion if disposed, that could generate 16 Bil of GDV if developed...tis is a far cry from its sluggish share price of just 0.175...Mkland is truly a diamond in the rough and undervalued precious Gem when fully polished n discovered...at current price it is a great Steal!!!
No more Shout Sell fm me... It is a strong BUY call fm me as Mkland is set to Rebound strongly as it is very undervalued at current level... Land disposal is a major catalyst to convert land into massive cashflow
Buy buy buy MKLAND...the most kedekut property stock in Malaysia...i hold for two years already..no dividend..i hope it will be worth it to wait another two years..hahahaahha....tak dapat RM 1.00 ...dapat RM 0.44 - RM 0.90 price balik pun dah kira ok...
i am still remember The Edge recommend this stock with a price target RM 0.80 sen..when it was RM 0.40 sen...luckily i manage to sell at RM 0.44 sen then i wait it come down to RM 0.20-27sen..if not i kena at RM 0.40 sen..boleh nangis oo 2 years wait..:)
MKland is now at record history low of 0.165 (-0.015) (-8.33%) Should Sailang all your belonging till underwear to bought in at the current price of 0.16 ~ 0.17 !

Continue its beautiful price chart to the south, best for trading only. If it is a good management, price is already move in a different direction long time ago.
