Mkland owns ard 200 acres of last remaining landbank in Damansara Perdana, 4000 acres in Perak, 500 acres in Bukit Beruntung and the rest in Langkawi kedah...MK thru its Parent company Emkay group also owns Mercu Mustapha Kamal, Wisma Mustapha Kamal, Menara Mustapha Kamal n Pj trade center in Damansara Perdana...Emkay Group n its associate Co Mkland is actually landbank and asset rich low profile company...But Next week it is no longer quiet as the Sleeping Giant is finally awakened!!!
Regretted selling off some too early. If not, I can profit more now. Keep it up MKLand. I am keeping some for long term goal. Maybe back to 48 sen at least looking at all other shares are moving up too.

I now make my bold declaration that Mkland is now worth at least 1.00 with this Solar venture after factoring in its rich assets and strong balance sheet...Gopeng is so much smaller than Mkland, already trading at 0.79..So Mkland should worth more than 1.00... Will limit up few times till it reaches 1.00 soon...Every Dog has its day!!!

The next catalyst to my expectation is that they resume 3000 acres Lembah Beriah Bandar Teknopolis which has been put on hold...this could be next mammoth project for Mkland in Perak...
Lembah Beriah land difficult to do housing development as it is peak soil. MK Land tried 20 years ago, but not successful, unless they have replaced the current soil with good earth. Moreover, they do not own such big size of land, I guess. Half of it, may be.
Agree. Cost is the main issue. However, if they follow the previous CEO's plan to go for solar farm business, it is a very good move and better future for MK Land.
They can convert Lembah Beriah into agriculture land...in fact they aleardy leased out some of the land in Perak for farming and agriculture to collect steady rental...Even E&O has successfully reclaimed Tanjung Pinang land... So i believe MK wil turn Bandar Teknopolis to a township in the near term...
No stocks wil go straight UP in line... It moves zig ZiG up or down and this is healthy...after today's full consolidation, we might stil see mild profit taking tomorrow morning before a powerful rally continues...just be patience and believe...
