0.30 is just a decent and fair value to be given to Mkland in comparison to Glomac and E&O in this property downturn...MK GDV is even much larger than Glomac so 0.30 is fair comparison...

Bcos MK is categorised under property sector and property has been the worst performing index of all...MK has slowed down new launching for the past few years due to property oversupply...not many ppl are willing to buy property stocks, but it is turning around soon...MK's real intrinsic value is found in its 4800 acres of land which has very very low land cost last time... Today tat land value has risen at least 6 folds and that is what makes this counter so valuable and undervalued though its earnings are not impressive and weak...Soon we won't see MK below 0.30 anymore as it wil be re-rated upward...
Property biz is really shit right now.But u must know dat stock market runs ahead of fundamenthal.Easily 6-9 months earlier than earnings.So buy now while it's still cheap.
Dun be sceptical again!!!...how I wish it might come down tomorrow so tat I can acquire more but the fact is that analysts n fund managers are in the midst of diverting funds to recovery and battered stocks...So Mkland wil explode next week due to 3 reasons...First it is a great laggard among developers with huge landbank, secondly it has just disposed Setiawangsa and lastly, the prospect of interim dividend declaration...i wil put my nemesis name to the chopping board if MK doesn't rise higher n higher next week...
There are 2 ways to value a company...FIRST of course it is earning followed by Assets n intrinsic value behind it...Asset play is one method to determine whether a company is undervalued... A company might not be profitable but if its balance sheet is sitting on massive undervalued landbank that if disposed could bring tremendous value to shareholders, then it is considered as deeply undervalued!!! Mkland is such last remaining Asset Play counter tat I m talking about tat is still trading below 0.30...
Can you all name me a property counter tat has estimated 5 billion worth of undeveloped landbank at current land value, that is stil trading below 0.30?????????? Come on, plss name it and share that wit me!!!
