Bersiul is on every forum, so people can choose to ignore him. We know how he live his life (by punching everyone in the face). But specific person only target and gave negative comment on specific person, that's online bully. Bersiul just post rude comments, not considered bully. Although it's annoying. Some in this entire forum know what is my day job (and it sure ain't trading/investing in stocks). My day job involves contacting PLCs about raising funds in a way that doesn't involve borrowing from banks. The folks at these PLCs that I correspond with (either via emails or phone calls) are usually their CFOs or FCs but their big bosses are sometimes looped into the correspondence when things start getting serious and worth exploring.

But I have yet to contact TSH because it doesn't look they need any help when it comes to funds. They are fundamentally solid.

Thanks also to Calvintaneng for showing the insight of the lands of TSH where some of its plantations are situated in Kalimantan nearby Nusantara. As such, the land value would appreciate iover times .

The news from New Straight Times sheds lights on the initial stage of project underway.

This news would boost the morale of TSH in particular and its investors at large.

These mega projects would cost multi billion USD dollars set to be completed in 2045. The initial phase is set to be completed in 2024 .

Of course, Rome wasn't built in a day. There would be challenges along the way. Let's hope that the whole project completed on schedule or earlier.

Perhaps this explains as to why Tan Aik Pen keeps accumulating TSH daily as he has the first hand knowledge on how valuable would be the land values.
