Hey MoneyMakers and kl_guy, I also don't bother reading Pancit_SEE-fakeResearch and mikeukuciau. They write essay as if anybody bothered to read hahaha. TSH already up from low of 93 cents to 1.10 and this is AFTER 8% dividend distribution which lowered the price. The 2 of them sourgrape jealous, because they didn't receive 8% dividends from TSH.

Pm Anwar led 10 Malaysian Companies to invest in Nusantara the new admin capital of Indonesia

And latest to join them is Tnb also gave it's intention to invest in Nusantara

Both the states of Sarawak and Sabah have been upgraded to "Regions"

And Adventa is buying 8 acres of land in Jawa, Indonesia, for RM13 millions or about Rm1.6 million cost an acre

Tsh owns 94,700 acres of lands in Nusantara now the new admin capital of Indonesia

It bought lands in year 2008 about 15 years ago at Rm5,000 an acre

These lands are still reported at Rm5,000 per acre old book value

No one can buy any lands in Nusantara on the cheap now

But amazing opportunity here

We go back in time to get these lands at old book value of only Rm5,000 by buying Tsh shares to own them

Another good development is the paring down of Tsh total loan from over Rm1 billions to only Rm140 millions

When final cash of Rm238 millions from bulugan land sold is received Tsh will then be debt free and cash rich

As such it can follow Innoplant example in giving out excellent dividends

As an appetizer Tsh just gave 8 sen dividend and more will come

1. This Tsh has very great improvements in its balance sheet

from over Rm1.5 billion loans to almost debt free

2 it's assets or lands bought long ago have appreciated in value

any piece if sold will lock in 2x, 3x, 5x or more profits
