It’s actually 2 physically separate plots (not adjoining), near the sea. They are located to the north east of proposed new Nusantara capital of Indonesia and *roughly* the distance between Ipoh and Singapore

It is available for public to read.
the unsold land starts from listing no 2 onwards
First piece is the one earmark for sale but need to go through approval, Expected and hopfully complete by 2023 1H

Kutai has three parts

Kutai West
Kutai Central
Kutai East

Part of Kutai Central Chun Chun now Nusantara the new capital of Singapore

So lands overlapped and could be very very near

so don't get mixed up

just these two will settle most debts

and still got 4 gold mine lands in Kutai/Nusantara for sale

Kutai West - 3 estates
Kutai East - 1 estate

total is 94700 acres or 52% of Spore landmass of 180,000 acres

and book value about Rm5000 an acre or 13 sen psf

Tsh was very fortunate to buy them so very cheap a decade ago

Yes as long as they fall within Kutai all those lands got potential

just like if lands are in Johor it does not matter in Kulai or Kota Masai, Taman Perling or Taman Ponderosa all will see good long term potential uptrend if build landed houses

if im not wrong, those lands are seperately 500km to 800km away from the new capital.
If it is 10km from JB center, it has good value.
another point is the new capital is 20 years time, not now
And unlike Malaysia, those land has 35 yrs lease, not 999 yr or perpetual

Revaluation profits are paper gains reflected in balance sheet and I don’t know a single PLC that gives special divs based solely on revaluation gains. Look at some of the REITs; quite a number show net revaluation surplus y-o-y but all this really does is it shows to the shareholders and would-be investors that the PLC bought good properties to begin with

Btw if you look at the Top 10 properties in TSH’s AR, they are listed according to NBV (highest to lowest). I assume most here understand what NBV of a real estate means and hoe it is calculated

There is one real estate asset not in their Top 10. Obviously it means that particular asset’s NBV fail to meet the Top 10 assets NBVs

And I am certain TSH is extremely unlikely to sell that particular asset even if there are reasonably good offers…

The distance of Kutai Central to Balik Papan is only 78 miles

and on the West in Kutai Barat while on the East is Kutai Timor

Total lands are 94700 acres or 52% of Singapore land size

Now Tsh has

sold Sabah lands for Rm248 millions with 7.56 sen profit

Approved today selling Bulugan Regency lands for Rm731.09 millions for 31 sen profit

Who knows next could be a sale of Kutai lands that bring in over Rm Billions $$$

Only Directors of Tsh know exactly the real locations of those Kutai lands how near development

we can only "SEE" BY their buying actions

1. Director Lim Fook Hin bought extra 500,000 shares of Tsh and now got 2.1 million Tsh shares

2. Director Tan Aik Yong bought another 16 million Tsh shares at Rm1.643 average to make it 69.959 million shares more than 5%

3. Director Kelvin Tan Aik Pen bought until he broke new record to 275 million Tsh shares

Vtrade, like I said before, Thursday is important. I didn’t say tomorrow Weds. Tomorrow is half year closing. Based on my limited experience it usually means there are certain counters that will perk up due to accounting/books
