Below were two comments Tua Pao Tan posted about two months ago when JCY surged to over 90 sen a share. He claimed JCY would soon break its record high of RM2.00. He advised people to hold and wait for RM2, he himself could have sold at above 90 sen. See, how much is JCY today?

Netx was 2 sen and our Singapore friend said it was very CHEAP and would be a multibaggers. He sold 8 houses to invest into this stock.


Today, our Singaporean friend could buy this stock CHEAPER than when he first promoted.

Was the market smart or was the Singaporean smarter?

In Holland (not Holland Road in Singapore), people sold their mansions to buy tulips!!! We see this behaviour repeated again and again, just look at the thread in NETX. :-)

This is the most active palm oil forum

Out of 42 palm oil stocks Tsh is the best

And our reasons for buying

1. Tsh has "gold mine" lands just like Bplant

When Tok Mat said "planting on gold mine lands" he was referring to Bplant's many well located lands near regions where growth has arrived at its door steps like Penang Batu Kawan industrial clusters and Kulim Industrial park

So better sell these lands to industries for 10X or 1,000% profit

So now Tsh has lands located in Kipi Tanah Kuning Greentech park
Also An Entire New Admin Capital called Ikn Nusantara has been shifted to the Kutai Regency of East Kalimantan

We see even more value holding Tsh than Bplant for these reasons

2. Tsh has a Rock solid balance sheet

In 2019 Tsh has Rm1.43 Billions borrowings

After 5 good years of high Cpo prices plus asset disposal Tsh wise leadership has now pared down debts to Rm300 mil

Plus if we take into consideration its total cash plus liquid invest investments it is actually net asset positive

A great job well done by Tsh BOD

A good job done in Inno now repeated in Tsh


From here we can expect better dividends due to
Both less loan to service and less bank interest incurred

Plus next few quarters might see Tsh like Inno with more borrowings and only dividends ahead

3. The wise use of Resources

Since long ago Tsh has been converting biomass waste into biogas for green energy in Sabah

Now Tsh is embarking on a mission in Indonesia to build 5 biogas plant for Indonesia's greentech push

Well worth it
As Much of palm waste among the many Indonesia small plantation planters only "burn " them in time past and now need to bury them

Tsh is now seizing the wonderful opportunity to utilize these palm waste as "free" raw material to convert them into biogas

This will add value

A future bright as Indonesia has huge palm waste for the free taking and the finished product "biogas" in hot demand

How smart

To collect something nobody wanted at no cost to make into something with high demand
At both ends no competition

A smooth profit generatng idea

Tua Pao Tan, you don't seem to understand the meaning of rock solid. How can a company which still has debts of RM300 million have a rock solid balance sheet? Just pore over Keck Seng's annual report, this company really has a rock solid balance sheet. It has net cash of RM1.1 billion, investments in shares worth over RM400 million, hotels at Waikiki beach Hawaii, New York and Toronto, unlike TSH which has lands in the Kalimantan jungles. Keck Seng's overseas properties carry a book value of RM400 million but have not been revalued for an average of 20 years. They should be worth around RM1.5 billion today. In addition it owns Menara Keck Seng and Regency Tower in KL at least worth RM300 in total. It has over 600 acres of development land in Pulai area Johor Bahru where adjacent lands have changed hands recently from RM2 to RM5 million. It also possesses over 8,000 acres of plantation and housing land in Pasir Gudang area. The vast majority of Keck Seng's properties have not been revalued for 40 years. Its audited NTA is RM7.77, actual NTA should be several times higher.

so it does not do justice to price Tsh below Rm1.60
