REDtone Digital Bhd has acquired a total of 8.4 million shares, representing a 7.12% stake in Theta Edge, from the open market.

This makes REDtone the fourth-largest shareholder in Theta Edge, after Lembaga Tabung Haji which holds a 27.28% stake, Threadstone Capital Sdn Bhd (13.56% stake) and Inter Pacific (9.4%).

as i mention, this project could be one of a few more to come, if success. PPP means like the Highway project la, gahment give the company place/facilities/venue for you to do your business, in return, company provide the material/money, resources, etc la..for a "concession" (they just dont use this word ..huhu) of 20 years!! . but in this case its "IoT Highway" !!. Ai, cloud, big data, etc. Company got "IT Toll collection" for 20 years!.
- i guess guess only la. I am not an IT guy.

RedTone guys should know much better to that extent, they Quickly grab all the stock that is available last friday..and it doesnt seem to stop at 7%.. lets see nx week how the other parties react?? prepare your pop corn. They can become 2nd largest shareholder just within few days.

Kinda stup1d to buy at this level when qr still socks..huhu.well, thats what investment is all about.

less and lesser amount of shares available for transaction.. generally about 35% shares (41 million shares) available at ikan bilis hands, now RedTone already bought 10m, left with only 30 million in circulation. That's a lot when you consider 25% shares in circulation already out from normal transaction. So, If you already bought, just hold on tight. Tomorrow good time to add, below 1.90..if sempat ler 🤣🤣

The arrival of Redtone, definitely will contribute to positive growth and momentum to Theta Edge. With Redtone’s single largest shareholder is our current YDPA (based on annual report) and of course Tan Sri Vincent Tan, this gonna be exciting and a good sign for Theta to win NIISE and the Johor Public Transport System (ART). Wow!
