dont think VT will rest at 8%, in order to hv significant presence, RedTone needs at least 10%, or 15% the most, considering only few million Theta shares free float 🤪. They must also do it through proxies n individuals below 5% stake.

Redtone will eventually make Theta Edge their Associate company.

An associate company refers to a company in which another company (investor company) has significant influence in, by virtue of owning at least 20% of shares in it (associate company). The stake is usually between 20% to 50% to ensure the associate has control over the company.

This will also enable Redtone to equity account profits of Theta Edge.

WHY BG needs Theta ?

BG/Redtone/ VT- sees massive potential with good chance of winning large scale projects namely-

1- Start Cities to develop IOT for the Ampang Jaya smart economy project.
2-NIISE project
3-Jointly proposing an autonomous rapid transit (ART) system in Johor Bahru (JB) with SIPP Rail Sdn Bhd
4-Power transmission jobs - TNB
5-Others- reported to be eyeing the MLFF project include Berjaya Group Bhd and other contenders.

VT will make things happen for Theta due to his vast business experience.

In fact Theta needs TS Vincent Tan
