That mean if you buy 1 share before X on 30 dec
You entitled to 4 shares after bonus (1 3) and 2 warrants after X on warrant date

I was told that sometimes the big players like EPF, cash in before the year end for reporting purposes. Of course, they come back again and buy at cheaper prices. For those with spare cash, it's a good price to buy more. Bonus and dividends just a few days away.

Jenova, ex date is 30th Dec and entitlement date is 31st Dec. So you will see in your account on 31st Dec. The next price after Bonus Isuue most likely is the last price before BI divided by 4. I do not hold any. Sold mine at rm5.86 the other day.

As, what i guess, Karim didn't push up the price until BI because he want to set the Warrant exercise price low, exercise price =VWAP of scib + <30 premium. Price ex should be push up So the warrant will be attractive enough to be collect.

mrsia94. Karim did this to make Scib a billion ringgit cap counter. He says he is rewarding the share holders. The number of shares will increase and make this counter more volatile. Pricewise, it is share price divided by 4. Doesnt change the fundamentals of the stock nor the price cos if scib is rm4, after bonus it is rm1 and depending on market on that day, will be either more or less than Rm1

Thanks piranha88. I will take an eye on how's the movement become after BI later. I have experience with right issue from FOCUS, the outcome was bad after a right issue and I heard ppl saying most of the time if a stock is coming out with right issue we have to better exit. That's why i'm abit concern about this time bonus issue. Just a sharing, cheers.

mrsia94, rights are a bit different. Usually rights are offered at a discount to the share price. That's why after rights issue, the price of the share usually drops. Have a great day
