if company take in 5 days average price after share split
day 1: 1.49, day 2: 1.42, day 3: 1.37, day 4 1.41, day 5 (today): estimated 1.45
with 30% premium on top of average price will bring out exercise price around RM1.86

it is far behind comparing to kpower warrant ex price which announced much earlier even without need of consideration of average price of mother (karim might be very confident Kpower price will go up so high, in fact, now the premium of warrant ex price also around 30%) RM2.5

lower warrant ex price actually quite favor to movement of warrant later on, all share holder also required to folk up lesser price for conversion at the end of maturity.

if boss want to raise more fund thru the warrant conversion, probably they will push up the mother share price as hard as they can so that exercise price of warrant will be pushed higher

so in this case, really depend on Karim and geng wheter they want a lower or higher exercise price for scib warrant, it really depend, can go from high side or low side
