As for the warrant issue, I called up to the share register to confirmed on the controversy
Unfortunately they also unable to confirmed and asked me to contact Scib management
As person in charge is on leave till Monday
By reading their article as per my interpreting
Warrant will be only entitled to upon announcement on X date together with exercise price
Hope I am wrong

It is now under going 5-day Volume Weighted Average Price to determine the exercise price of warrants. Lower mkt price now means lower exercise price for the warrants.
