@ TKSW, opppss..i am sorry if you follow my advice...initially, i wanna buy at RM1.70, but i saw the buy quee - quite thin...so, revised upwards to RM1.81
Anyway - you can find some consolation that my GOB will kena bomb big time today - because reported a loss making quarter...
so, today, the tikus in me...will kuai kuai snoop around in Gadang forum...dare not go into GOB forum,,,

It means: dividend is safely in pocket, now still go for TP RM2.50.

Gadang business model are not depending on ringgit appreciation or depreciation & Gadang next 2 years sales are locked.

While downside is slim, My only hope is to get more billing from Capital City & new project awarded.

Because many companies opted to do that & normally the price of shares under the reinvestment plan is discounted about 5% to 8% to the current price, say 5 days average.

But a bit troublesome cause need to sign acceptance form & sent to share registrar/secretarial office.

For long term investors, this should be good for there is a discount for additional shares.

kancs, I will try to avoid loss making company or company with surprise loss, though they are cash rich.

Market will only look at profitability of a company with consistent delivery, not so on the NTA.

The only hope to have price increased on a high NTA company is either:

1. declare high special dividend OR
2. privatisation or general offer to be taken over by someone.

I may not right or may miss the boat, but I don't want to bet on that, it's too risky.

Don't, kancs, the good thing about GOB is cash rich & a big fat profit is going to be derived from the sale of Da'mein.

It is normal reaction from market, see what happen to Airasia now, everyone expected improvement based on the load factors report released in early Nov, but the financial figures told the other stories.

Just sharing here & not dare to share there, afraid kena bomb there.
