Everytime I read & analyse other companies' annual reports, I hate those companies just did there corporate exercises such as split, bonus, right issue or even private placement.

It is very difficult to get comparison over past years' performance & sometimes it gives very distorting ratio reading because some websites including i3investor did not capture the enlarged share base.

I have to give Kok Oon a thumb up for resisting request from speculators or short traders to do such exercise.

This level of price range is similar to the one at 1.4+, where volume low & prices up down 1 cent or so.

I still remember our theme rhythm, 3 steps up 2 steps down... :)

I don't like to follow chasing but when thing become quiet, then it's my time to collect again.

Management still there, contracts still there, PE still low, not depending on forex, more projects are likely, i see no reason for sale.

I know a lot of eyes are looking to get more when price down...

TQ superman sifu. The range is very tight, no room for day traders, it is oso very patient, dunno how long it will ding-dong at this range, short term trader oso not well come. If Itu penggoreng has wild ambition, then the TP prediction of RM3-RM4 is not a dream ohhhh. Just dunno take how long

Don't only look on NTA.
Maybank NTA 6.10,stock price now 8.50
We still look on PE,dividend yield,project tender.

Maybank Price/NTA=8.50/6.10=1.39
Dagang Price/NTA=1.85/1.87=0.99

Coldeye Price/NTA should be <1.50. More room available.

Have you ever heard the story called "The boy who Cried Wolf"? A few month ago, Janet hinted that interest rate hike was possible. Then, She stressed it would be carried out by the end of the year. One month ago, stronger signal was given that revision of interest rate would be necessary. At first, market participants were so crazy and nervous that they pulled out whatever they had been investing in emerging economies. Later, they found that they were too emotional and it was a good time to unload USD asset to reap the profit given the positive news on US side. While the FED kept saying that interest rate would be increased to rationalized level for many times, investors eventually got used to this. I believe that the interest rate hike would not lead to significant huge capital outflow in December comparing to August this year. Those who wanted to run away from emerging markets already did so a few months ago. Don't be so silly that Malaysian economy will be in chaos or even collapse etc....this is all nonsense. Think of the following question by yourself, is Malaysian economy growing? If so, why should you worry?

market is a weighting machine. The ultimate winner is always the one who follows the safe route. Believe me SAFE is not always slow , can be FAST and BIG also.

WIN BIG = GADANG + PATIENCE

of course in between you still can play-play for some thrill those counters that you think can win fast.
I had tried that a few times, what's happened?
same people but different answer at different time. not much different from betting on BIG or SMALL in the casino.

how about recommendations from those sifu you have respected?
