Azmin the director of symlife is playing defend now again the slow down property market( symlife punya property) however the sg long and the star residence project may turn the company into another level. Langsung cant compare symlife v gadang ...one director keep chiong ...another director stop and berehat.

When you go through most counters in Bursa, tell me which counter is superior to Gadang in term of financial health, P/E and business prospect. I would say Gadang is second to none.

Yes. Some may doubt Gadang will face another huge crash suppose Janet Yallen introduced interest hike in December. However, I do not see this time it will be as inpactful as in August since the government comes up with Valuecap to support the market.

With all sort of good internal fundamental factors & locked in construction book & unbilled sales, coupled with merely forward PE ratio of 5+, it should count a good & thick margin of safety for Gadang.

Though I have quite number of shares already, I really hope to have more when there is cheap sale from others.

Go to wikipedia check Malaysia population distribution , KL + Selangor + Putajaya almost pecah and close to 10 million now.... Which is 1/3 or 33% from total 31 millions population now. Those who want to contra property at johor and Penang good luck!!!! That is why I say semenyih is a good land hold by gadang ......try to study when you want goreng property ....
