sure or not? sometimes good data can lead to stock market down. US Fed will datang kaka ciaociao. Anyway DowJone's bull shown some resilient these few days even though being bashed by bear during early trade session in the day.

If you are holding for 1 or 2 weeks or months , you have reasons to worry.
If you prepare to hold as long as the company still doing well, I don't see any
reason why should you worry ,
what sort of storm and crash we have not seen before ?
Can it be any more worst then we have encounter before.
If you want to win like sifu cold eye , then you must behave like sifu cold .

I will accumulate more everytime it drops 5%from the previous week low because I see the fundemental of the company still strong.
Do play on prediction. It is the job of fortune teller not us.
To invest into its business and wait for the price to reflect it's value or its share price to have fast gain is just a matter of choice . Nothing to do with who is right or wrong or which one is better. It can be better now not good later or not good now but turn better later. But whatever it is. Then moment you choice Gadang, you have made a right choice and waiting for the time to prove you correct . Good luck

They say up to 235M share include private placement,but current share already 235M.

The EPS of Gadang Group may, however, be reduced correspondingly as a result of the increase in the number of Gadang Shares in issue pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The Proposed Private Placement is intended to raise funds to further grow and expand the property development business of Gadang, which is expected to contribute positively to the future profitability of Gadang Group.

The Board is of the view that the Proposed Private Placement is currently the most appropriate avenue of fund raising after taking into consideration amongst others, the following factors:
(a) it will enable Gadang to raise funds without incurring interest costs as compared to bank borrowings or issuance of debt instruments;
(b) it will enable the Company to expediently raise additional funds to fuel its future growth and expansion into its property development business without relying entirely on equity funding from the existing shareholders of Gadang; and
(c) the enlarged share base is also expected to enhance the liquidity of Gadang Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

gadang already has more than 200 million cash on hand, why bother with private placement around 50 million new fund? it is because of incoming very large project to be secure & need more fund for operating capex ? or ???
