For those who kept Gadang, prior to dividend and the bonus/warrant issue, today, you get back today about RM3.00 per share (after considering dividend and free warrants). Less doomsayers lately.

Actually nothing much happen to Gadang this year other than getting the KwasaLand deal. Investors must differentiate between information (on company fundamental) and influence (normally temporary, on share price), and investors also suffer from cognitive biases due to "social media"

Someone said successful investing is 1% about what you know and what you buy, and 99% about how you behave. Sure or not?

i met some of the officers of gadang, when they were building the segambut 3-storey terrance houses back in 2011.... what a humble set of people, you would think is running a mom and pop company, little did i know what they would become.... i think those who bot mother shares b4 the bonus issue etc have now cleared the hurdle.... and enjoying the bonus in terms of free warrants.... lets hope for a bright year ahead

This Gadang has been on the top hit trending stock list for many months, kept seeing other construction outfits awarded projects here & there, wonder any deal was closed or tender wond since last AGM? It's getting worrying as jobs in hand is finishing soon, most is within 1 year.

This Gadang has not closed any deal for sometime & the current price has taken into the account of future projects won. What IF projects supposed to be won never come in & current projects finish off by this year?

Everyone know about potential of growth is what the company is going to deliver, in order to maintain current profits, the company need to win jobs with value of not less than 500m annually. I have not seen it coming yet but price already gone so much. Upside potential zero but risk of not winning jobs very high. I won't say good luck bcos you get what you paid for.

gadand is still a decent company, it's just that they keep losing out construction tenders. as long as their profit mostly comes from property, the PE will remain low like most property counters
