if I'm not mistaken, there were GS05, GS06 and GS09 yet to be awarded. WithIJM won one of the work packages today which means 2 more to go. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I noticed that price targets from several research houses are being omitted.

For instance, RHB price target for Gadang listed as 1.48 in Jan 2018.

Today price is RM0.95 vs NTA per share of RM0.99. I couldn't predict whether the price will further go down. But it is creating margin of safety now to lest downtrend losses.

Babihutan88, Gadang still have about 1.5bil project on hand, it is set to be busy for next 3 year. And the Capital21 still remain about 200mil profit will be actually in next 2-3 year. So estimated annual EPS will be at 15cents for next 2-3 year. And Gadang's cash flow is very good and healthy. So no worry in near term.... but still hope can getting more project to add-on brighten future.

The LRT3 package won by IJM was for the underground tunnel. This speciality belongs to Gamuda and IJM....but Gadang is more on large scale earthworks project. Hence, it is proper and prudent that Gadang does not bid for this package.

i doubt they can do big scale earth work now. we heard many good horses have left
with so many big scale railway projects in the market, not easy and expensive to get good horse team

Gadang reminds me alot about Ho Hup. Another construction and property company who had a prized land co-developed with reputablr developer. Ho hup realized fat profit from the joint venture with pavillion in bukit jalil. However all of the profit were not enjoyed by the shareholders but heinf used to fund other property developments instead
