This company is doing quite badly. Used to be around RM1.40 ++ last year but since then earnings more and more teruk. Now only worth 30 sen.
Lost money buying lousy company but can blame gomen pula. Funny.

Most of the land for this company is lease not freehold, need to pay again when times come.
After new government take over with decrease debt as vision all construction job gone case except the job approved by previous government.
Summore for property side government request to decrease sales price but indirect and other cost still incoming.
I'm didn't attack or arrow on anyone just my own opinion for this company current situation.
