@sockz, have to buy MITRA-OR from open market, let say if u want subscribe 1000 erights, u have to buy 1000 MITRA-OR first (around 0.36/share), then go to subscribe eRights, only can get 1000 MITRA right shares

It largely dpens on d board of directors generousity. If dey dun subscribe for d excess, then v got more hope for d excess. But if d other way rnd, v will got exactly wat v entitled for as offered in d red PAL form. Board of Directors has d ultimate right to grant for d excess in a fair & equitable basis

Since the current Warrant D is priced at 13sen with exercise price of RM1.09, can we assume the coming Warrant E would be worth roughly 28sen because the exercise price is only RM0.94? or it doesn't work that way because warrant E probably has lower premium?

@Alex Lim , the easiest way is open a saving account with public bank, use public bank investment section to subscribe the e-rights. they only charge RM4 commision charge + RM0.24 gst charge

“Successful applicants of the Rights Shares will be given Bonus Shares and Warrants on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share and one (1) Warrant for every two (2) Rights Share successfully subscribed for. If i am entitled to 1.8 right shares, how many bonus & warrant shares do i get? I get 500 units or 900 units of bonus & warrant shares? i am confused and first time come accross these thing, anyone can help? thank you!

reiki6, presumably your 1.8 means 1800. If that's the case then you are entitled to 900 bonus shares and 900 warrant, but you would need to subscribe for the rights to get those entitlements
