Few problems for Mitrajaya based on latest quarterly report
1) Net used from operation activity - negative free cash flow
2) Net debt - RM 330mil, Interest expenses closed to RM 10mil
3) Construction revenue dropped though have 1.2billion ourstanding book
4) Collection is slow, more than 120 days - closed to RM30mil

Why said like that.
This time for all construction counters.
Mitra eps plus giving dividend can say is much much better than other low earn eps plus no dividend company .
I haven't count those loss money construction.
Dun always say bad . Must be fair to mitra and other investors.
Mitra this time qr for me is consider good

Mitra still give dividend 1.5 sen not bad at 32sen only . Almost 5% . What you want more . This time results good . Dun too hard for people
