i3 has clearly become one of the place where syndicate ppl spread fake buy call on something that has been overpriced, used to be done in investlah, with 70k of volume, the price merely moved by 1 cent, clearly the shares are being distributed, don't forget this stocks have stayed within the 40-50 cent region for almost 2 years.
