if suddenly, they do MBO, say offer at 1.20,,,warrant only 30 sen,,,so,,,all warrant holder loose,,,i buy mitra-w at 12 sen,,,now start selling to be safe..

Annual Report 2013 is not out yet I think. According to AR 2012, MD owns roughly 40% of Mitra, and also ~40% of the warrants issued.
