This RM270mil contract is for about 18 months. In other words, it will contribute additional revenue of RM 15mil per month. If it can increase the PAT by RM1.5mil per month based on the last 4 quarters performance, this will add fuel to its share price upward movement in the next few quarters. Huat ar!!!!!

It appears that the company delivers what it has said or indicated earlier. It secured another RM270 mil construction contract last month. So, it is likely for it deliver fantastic earning growth again for the next 3 years.

Still undervalued counter. NTA 0.94, EPS 2Q-6.22, Contract 1.2Billion. Even if economy slowdown, it should be able to sustain. Target Price 1.30 - 1.50 and should be higher if it revalued the land (NTA should be RM1.90). Not worth to panic selling for this counter.
