User Yap, 别想到那么负面。私下配售其实也是回馈股东的一种做法。让你以低价（25%)买股不好吗？再送bonus share和warrant。很多公司都会在近期ringht issue和bonus issue啊，因为bursa就要去除面值了。趁机RI来还债以便拉近net cash的距离可说是长期的一举两得，何乐不为？
短期股价上下都是散户心理作怪造成，也难怪鳄鱼可以乘虚而入。往好的方面想，它也让自己有低价买入的机会。如果公司操作好赚钱看长线不好吗？股市需要的是耐心。

Coming quarter report should see further YOY drop in earning. Higher operating cost and steel price will lower down its profit margin. Beware of further adjustment in share price. Good luck,

@eYuppie suggests you wait awhile until things settled down first.Technical Price Indicators have not shown any price reversal to the upside yet.Why not wait at the next QR announcement which will be around mid-November and decides from there.Maybe you can collect even cheaper.
