The market cap of FLB is about Rm 155m about Rm 80m consist of cash mah.....!!

Yes kyy sell....but don u think....bodoh to sell cheap now ??
Should buy mah.....!!

Operationally also generate good positive cashflow too loh...!!
Low interest environment....this FLB is a good buy bcos of its cash generation ability...go for a slightly longer term...good profit opportunity loh...!!

Lets be realistic...the expected dividend of FLB is most likely be reduce to Rm 0.06 to Rm 0.08 per share mah...!!

Even so dividend is both reasonable and sustainable if share price is rm 1.53 loh...!!

Please do not expect Rm 0.15 per share dividend mah...!!

Lets put it this way loh....!!
Kyy already sold more than 2.3m share at rm 1.53 per unit...but his cost is rm 2.30 mah....!!
That mean losses of rm 1.78m loh....!!

Assuming if he still want to dispose the balance 4 million share...will mean another Rm 3.1m of losses....but Friday....did not see any kyy disposal on Friday...why holding back?

No bonus issues and warrant are proposed so far to goreng the share price. It seems that management of Flbhd and kyy never see eye to eye. It is likely the management wanted to teach kyy a lesson.

Not true loh....!!
KYY management contact is Mr Lu....the 2nd largest shareholder and had resigned as an executive director mah....!!
Mr Lu had also sold down his share b4 KYY sold loh...!!

The new executive director is MR Lin the son of the biggest shareholder mah...!!

So Kyy no more contact bcos Mr Lu had resigned....so follow sell down loh.....!!

It seems that earnings has been trending downward since the 1st Qtr 16. Be prepared for another 2 more times reduction in upcoming 3rd Qtr and 4th Qtr.

The timber manufacturing is a commodity business mah....it is cyclical..just like palmoil...when cpo above rm 4,000 per tonnes, plantation make a lot of monies mah....!!

Likewise when plywood price, when on uptrend....FLB make a lot of monies mah...!!

Going fwd....plywood no longer, fetch such good such a good price mah...!!

But this is a commodity business....it can change anytime loh...!!

He would continue to sell more as Flbhd no longer fit into stock selection criteria. Bear in mind, he is only willing to invest in growth stock...
