I don't think it will fall until 1.4 even though qr result might be bad, lowest could be 1.5x to 1.6x only unless there are other factors that could affect the share price

This year will not get 15sen dividend..no give too much expectation on this , but I think 7-8sen will continue pay as usual..dividend yield should be only 4.11%-4.70% by RM1.70

The only person interested in this counter is Mr. KYY who has tons of shares in this counter. If you buy you can not sell out, the trading volume everyday is so small, you buy you stuck and have to give your shares to your grandchildren. Do you want that to happen or not? I believe Mr. KYY does not want that to happen so he kept on promoting the shares hopefully one of you guys are so kind to help him out by buying the shares of focus lumber and keep the shares for long term investment so that Mr. KYY can do other short term investments. The same situation is also true for Latitude, Liihen and VS industry. You buy you have to keep for long term investment with the possibility to giving them to your grandchildren or to some other very profound charities.
