Assume MSM coming quarter maintain earning of 50 Million for coming 4 quarter.

8 cents EPS per quarter

8 cents X 4 quarter = RM0.32

I give 30% discount RM0.32 - 30% = RM0.22

PE 10 - RM2.22
PE 15 - RM3.30
PE 20 - RM4.40 (Previously MSM PE is around 20)

Even I use RM4.40 I give another 50% discount MSM at least got RM2.20

I heard some big fund is buying this stock.. MSM is not goreng stock but we can calculate based on coming earning high chance will going above RM4.00 (best scenario) even worst scenario I believe is around RM2.20-2.50

the future PE 10 is reasonable as the growth in the next quarter is expected to be around 10% .....

based on the above, the TP should be in the region of 2.00 to 2.30

i don't think is manipulative as partly due to being taken private by Felda and strong rebound of net profit in 4Q arising from an increase in commodity price.. potential contract price locked at a favorable premium rate..

Look at here, fundamentally fair value for this only company who monopoly sugar in Malaysia is 6 ringgit based on current price, it really super undervalued, it is a left out pearl of the market, last time as a good company fall on hand of bad management, now treat it different as value investing after overall revamp of their management.
