It's brought into attention that INARI's MB transfer had been rejected for 1Q and now waiting for 2Q to commence, but do not put high hopes at if 2Q not successful then Bursa may reject the application to MB according to my insider source at INARI :). Please take note!

答：
益纳利美昌（INARI，0166，创业板）2014财年上半年净利按年飙涨175%，受惠于完成并购AmertronGlobal，并开始贡献盈利。
同期营业额也因而增至1亿5200万令吉。不过，若不计算AmertronGlobal的贡献，益纳利美昌上半年营业额仍可获稳健的30%增长，主要来自无线电频率产品业务表现出色。
上半年的无线电频率产品业务表现亮眼，目前手上也持有可观订单。
该公司目前所有相关厂房的产量已接近产能顶点，因而有意在第5家新厂房增建一层，以提高组装产品产能。
若一切顺利，料其产能可额外年增20%，并最少可多贡献900万令吉的净利。
事实上，Amertron Global除了为益纳利美昌贡献显著盈利外，也通过注入其光电业务于后者，完整了后者的光纤业务，同时也让两者的研发成本下滑，但效率却大大提高。
虽然光纤业务目前盈利贡献并不显著，因为该业务在1月才投产。
由于高速传输普遍化，光纤产品需求也提高，我们认为，该业务将成为益纳利美昌未来盈利的主要贡献者之一。
放眼未来，我们认为公司旗下各项业务的盈利贡献，将在迈入2015财年后更加显著。
当中，持有51%股权的电子测试产品代工子公司———CEEDTec在本财年上半年的表现良好，预料在推出新产品后，其2015财年的盈利贡献可达双位数增长。

增产激励财测上修

据我们的了解，益纳利美昌在完成收购Amertron Global后，仍是净现金公司，再加上盈利增长稳定且领域前景光明，我们相当看好该公司日后发展。
此外，该公司也每年稳定派发股息，过去两年的派息率达40%。
根据记录，我们预计在2015财年时，每股盈利可达10.5仙，相等于4%股息收益率。
我们也因为该公司产能提高，以及税前盈利因营运效率提高而增加，调升2014和2015财年的业绩预测，分别达16%和26%。
尽管从去年12月至今，该股已扬升66%，我们预计还有19%的上扬空间。
我们根据2015财年12倍本益比计算，给予3.15令吉的目标价。

1st Qtr rejected.. 2nd Qtr try again then. If it's rejected, no announcement on bursa? So far only saw 10Jan submitted to SC for approval.

Alex how do you know it is rejected? I had one company shares whereby the approval has also not been granted and the application was on last september.

I remember somewhere mentioned that if the gold price is low..Inari can maintain good profit margin. Looking at the historical Gold price...avg of Oct - Dec 13 appears the same with avg Jan - March 14.
So..Increase in Revenue with better margin shd do good on Earnings.

Hold inari for long term and you will never go wrong. This transfer issue already ongoing since last year. If cannot transfer i also wont bother. I will hold tight tight and collect at suitable price. One day it will have to go mainboard also. That time the business would have been that much more solid than now. Sure will fly...inari boleh!!!!!

everyday i see these few kinds of negative ppl come here:
1)those buy high and trapped and make noise here
2)those who want to create fear
3)those boasting that he manage to sell at high price, wide margin and everyday shout downtrend and when he collect low again there he goes again to boast around he able to buy low and earn alot
