Inari's rosy days are expected to continue into this year on the back of capacity & production expansion, soupled with growth expected in the global semiconductor industry.
The short term & long term prospects for company are good due both weaker MYR and ramp-up of testers as its P13 facility in Bayan Lepas which to support its next wave of growth in radio frequency business and able to boost number of testers to 800 by Oct.
We like the company due to its strong balance sheet with a net cash position of RM 206mil which is sufficient to support it's expansion drive.

Before & after coprporate exercise.you'll see Inari's directors disposing their shares like there's no tomorrow,but this is normal.Price may be affected,but will continue to rise eventually,guess this is how directors make money!

announcement error: For -wb, it indicate "2013/2018" in between the statement. LOL.
Anyway, conversion is 1.60. Today drop a lot because traders scare tomorrow bonus out sure people take profit. Well, that's the reason I sold all my other counters' shares and waiting for pump into Inari, gradually. People sell, I buy.

(A) Warrants 2013/2018 – 595,867 additional Warrants 2013/2018 have been issued and the exercise price of Warrants 2013/2018 will be revised from RM0.33 to RM0.264.

(B) Warrants 2015/2020 – 13,111,518 additional Warrants 2013/2018 have been issued and the exercise price of Warrants 2015/2020 will be revised from RM2.00 to RM1.60.
