Is PN16 because it doesnt have a business model now.. doesn't mean straight kaput. the company sudah PN16 lama sudah laaa..Probably the CF team didn't submit sufficient info to regulatory for approval
if price tmr continue to drop then lari, but if is continue to stable, means shark sudah makan ur ticket

Reason to collect CATCHA

1. Exiting GN2 status approved by Bursa already

2. Now waiting for shareholder's approval which the EGM will be happening on 20/7/2022

3. After EGM will announce something

4. Catcha will be injecting iMedia into their business in which iMedia is a profitable company

FY 2020 900k profit
FY 2021 4m profit
FY 2022? above 4M profit

5. Catcha will be issuing new shares to iMedia shareholders at 0.25 in which we are buying a discounted price

6. Catcha has many many more new business coming in which all of them are profitable

- Catcha will be issuing new shares to iMedia shareholders at 0.25 in which we are buying a discounted price
- After a few years - iMedia has generated massive profit while showing huge growth. So the price will only get cheaper, as they grow even bigger in 2022.

（吉隆坡7日讯）Catcha数字（CATCHA， 0173，创业板）今日宣布，完成收购iMedia Asia私人有限公司的全部股权，价格4392万令吉，包括现金与股票。

此外，该集团也预测，在完成了重组计划的最后一个步骤后，包括发售附加股筹集高达4104万令吉，借此可脱离GN2的行列。

根据文告，Catcha数字目前拥有自己的数字媒体方案供应商，每月可触及127万国人，每年为超过100个各行业品牌提供服务。

iMedia公司在2021财年获得366万令吉税后盈利，远超其承诺的300万令吉。在2021财年，iMedia又创下更好的成绩，税前盈利达607万令吉。

Catcha数字总执行长陈良逸（音译）在文告中说：“这次对iMedia的收购只是Catcha数字的开始，我们将加速增长，并继续寻求与战略目标一致的投资机会。”

“我们的目标是吸引最好的数字软件公司与我们合作，成为东南亚的行业领导者。”

回顾历史，Catcha数字是在2017年8月被列入GN2。
