They are no reasons whatsoever to envy the co.....everyday there are some co will shoot high and people make money....should I envy with the cos...Airasia are doing much better......

Cos are just our tools to make money.......nothing personal.

Don't worry about me...I am doing very good.....infact if Uncle KYY (man who turn RM10M to RM100M i.e. 1000%) know my performance....he will envy....and write less. So worry about your money.

This project is fantasy....no way they can finance few billion ringgit investment....1MDB with govt guarantee and their land bank from Trx, Sg besi till Kg Malaysia.....yes 1MDB can issued RM5B bonds.....even that will cause the downfall of current govt.

I'm against....goreng investor until hangus...don't be sucker...use your brain and common sense when investing.

hariharisaham bro, kalau u baca balik komen saya yg lepas, Disember 2014 yg lalu, i pegang, dan harga presbhd jatuh sampai rm1.30....
masa itu bukan saje sakit hati walhal lutut pun getar bukan main gila - goyang beb... lol.... tapi nasib baik zoom steady, dan ikut amanat UncleZ... cubalah baca amanat amanat UncleZ yg lepas... memang bagus... itu vitamin terbaik :-)...

Hi jinix91 , It is a bit complicated to evaluate the real impact, As Prestariang have diversified to provide training for non software company like oil and gas industry etc. Of course, oil and gas company also affected during current low petroleum price. Prestariang also supply Microsoft software to the government and not solely rely on training. But the volume seem still below estimate. It may take sometime to gather latest info and analyse. I will write another blog post on this if no other analyst and media analyse the impact in next few days and if my time permit..

wake up lah. the weakness after double hammer already shows bear coming. Why keep holding?. U always comment here everyday, keep focus lah apa lah. can even track daily price. Since uv got so much time to monitor, why dont just sell and wait rebound?. Doesnt look like a smart thing to do the way i see it. Later when rebound, then buy la.

kelvin1 bro, make sure u don't listen to anyone blindly - me included. do your own homework. be convinced yourself before committing. it will be a rollercoaster ride (in short term periods) based on what my still "young" investing experience has taught me. yes I may be foolish to hold in times of distress on share price to certain eyes, but I can sleep well as it's still paying me dividends. of course always keep tabs on what is the co. management doing to gauge what's going on. the price volatility is caused by emotions. so like what UncleZ has shared, patience is the most important value one must sharpen. it has helped me stay calm, focused and steady in times of distress. :-)

PE is about 70x at RM2.5, which is pretty much overvalued. Fair Value at RM1.50, while we will consider if it comes below RM1.50 for a wider safety margin. If profit does not catch up to its price, we shall see a huge selloff.
