Not pour cold water. Just telling the fact (if not mistake....hope the announcement details it) Epu doesn't give LOA, Epu give approval on projects...so consider ada kemajuan but I know so many project approved by Epu can't do it.

I don't know why they have to go to Epu it should be Kementerian and MoF...they can give LOA.....maybe they try different model....rakyat pay etc...but Myeg doesn't required EPU... who going to pay for the project?

So not conclusive and more pening.....(maybe I have no info) just wait lah......you already waited for 2 yrs.

So this probably not LOA for RM400M.
