See first, if still no announcement...but price flying...sell first cause you do not know what they get....if just EPU approval..not conclusive...game still open....if previously they claims they are appointed party to implement the program.....why they need EPU approval......they can just get LOA from them and finito!

the project seems like a game changer for Prestariang. if I understand correctly on government concessions, the RM3.5bn includes contract value as well as interest element as it is deferred payment over 15 years. but the works are done in the first 3 years, which means Prestariang will recognise the fair value of the revenue in the first 3 years, which I estimate it is around RM1.5b (without interest). the company however most likely need to raise borrowings to finance such a huge project, but once this project kickstarts, the profit could easily double or quadruple to RM40-80m per annum

when market cap is only around RM1.2b, that's what the hoohah's about. but that's only my estimate. the exact details are not available yet, what we know now is that they are going to do work and get paid about RM295m p.a. from 4th to 15th year. that's RM3.5b cash payment over the period by the government

The positive impact of SKIN has long been discounted in the share price. Just look at its PE. It is the typical ahead of the curve trade. Even if you do a rough NPV calculation on the contract will result in a valuation similar to its market cap with no margin of safety. I expect Prestariang share price to go up in the short term and then downhill. Prestariang is only attractive if it trades below RM 1.20 which I think may happen if its existing business deteriorates.

At RM3.10....without contract in hand.......everybody want to buy....... I asked to sell.......now contract in hand and selling very very much lower..........nobody want to buy....what lah.....Malaysian likes rumours. :))

EPU has to approved it first...which they did.

Don't think it going any lower .......new director cost @2.25......at current level it safe bet......It will move higher from this level.........if you buy now........your cost much much lower than many other....(If not mistake KWAP still bought it at 2.75) am sure the co will goreng as usual...bonus issues, splits etc.

Currently it just insider profit taking activities. I knew it ....
