Prestariang is now seeking compensation from the government based on a specific formula in the CA, which is the net present value (NPV) of the availability charges (similar to power purchase agreements). According to the CA, the government is supposed to pay compensation by July 19, 2019.

“We estimate a compensation of 75 sen a share to SKIN’s shareholders (Prestariang owns a 70% stake in the SKIN project). Our previous NPV for the SKIN project was RM770mil,” it said

This news out in the noon, but unable to pushed up the price. Looking ahead, it's just assumption and for 75cents a share compensation, seriously doubt gov will pay that high. Before the announcement of PSKIN termination, they have in fact negotiated many rounds with gov official but unable to get them to reduce the contract amount. It's looking dimmer direction.

PRESBHD awal2 sudah warning...xda Pakatan Harapan ini company punya earning pon bakal effected sbb kos sgt tinggi untuk SKIN...kena fork out RM3 to RM4Billion for RM5Billion concessions with estimates RM150M revenue...with RM3-4B its estimates the cost per day will be RM220K thus its only cost saving & not earning accelerative...

based on CEO statement..assuming 2019 nett profit is 10mill / 500mill share = 0.20 p.share x 15 p.e = 0.300.. by looking @ this counter already reflex to current price..

if with compensation as As statement 770mil

30 % = compensation staff including lay off n associate n business expansion

30% = cost of develop P.skin

40% = left over... how much they will giv out special dividen...(will they pay special dividen to loyal investor) how much they will keep for coffers n pay special dividen...

all this remain cloudy til final statement..
