Still waiting for a new immigration system. Lost 8 months since it was cancelled in Jan. Skin would have been up & running in another 8 months. Bunch of stupid PH cabinet ministers. We hv to be cautious. If they announce SKIN is given back to Presbhd, its share price will limit up. But if they announce someone else is getting the project, it will limit down to possibly 20c or lower. Average target price for this counter is only 18c. Pls don't hold long term. Buy and sell based only on market forces. If you already make money, sell and run first. Can always buy back later at lower price.

It will be a long time before anything happens. Can't just give the SKIN back to Presbhd. There is a court case on compensation still to be addressed. Also by not going ahead with the proposed new tender, it means that all those companies that tender will get some sort of a compensation still to be determined. There is a cost involved to be eligible to tender. NOTHING IS FREE. My view is nothing is going to be announced unless the OLD MAN is in the country.

Monday gap down to 0.30. recover to 0.35. next day gap down to 0.25 and recover to 0.30. price normalize at 0.30 for few months till gov pay the compensation. price shoot up to 0.60 once received first trench of compensation.
