At lease the Government indirectly confirm that they will pay compensation. Claim is 700m. 2/9 is about 156 m. So the base is at least 37 cents a share. Any bigger amount of compensation is a bonus

It is clear now government is "wrong", but just want further nego to reduce the claim amount (or giving excuse of inappropriate formula was used to derive the damage). To me it is a very positive move. Since they prefer to settle out of court, meaning both government and Prestariang are willing to sit down and talk, and most likely to continue the SKIN with reduced scope and cost. It is a win-win to all stakeholders.
Chart wise, it is hovering the bottom for sometime, and trading at tight range of 45 sen level. Downside risk could cap at 42sen, but upside almost unlimited. Good try for short term trade.

8bil, significantly lower than presbhd 3.5 bil.... Presbhd will be compensated prior to new award to avoid disputes, especially on IP rights.. Presbhd will be compensated., no questions... Just how much

Cut loss is set around RM0.43.

I believe next week price will drop to support line 0.45.... worldwide stock market sentimental is very bad now as US-China trade war intensify....if whale want to push price up then they will wait after china national day public holiday ended..the biggest whale is on holiday now. wait two week later...contra player will need to cut loss on coming monday and tuesday as they chase to buy at high price on thur and friday...
