They issue Rights Issue mostly to pay back directors loans and for working capital la. Got read the announcement or not? Around a quarter for business expansion, maybe advance payment to Google or Amazon lo.

u can just buy on open market on 2/11/2020,if u haven't hold the share on ex-date 28/10/2020, more details pls consult ur remiser or ur banker...

as i know, for those who have ri u can sell its on open market on 2/11/2020 - 8/11/2020 if you are not interested to subscribe...after 8/11/2020, the ri will lasped, and for those we entitled, after 8/11/2020, need to hold til 30/11/2020 (payment must made on 9/11/2020), and the ri will convert to mother share on 30/11/2020 (pls check date)...my understanding lah...anything u need to consult your remiser or ur banker

this company has good business prospect being the only vendor to supply licensed software to all government offices.Read the annual report and way forward, you will understand better. Don't expect shares will shoot up in a day, this is not a gambling company. Price down means right time to buy.Next tp 0.50 not possible to reach.
