I had posted here before that Presbhd had given me an Investor Relations Presentation document back in March. I was tied to an NDA and therefore I can’t provide it here

This morning I requested that the document be made available to the public. They gave me the green light to disseminate it. However they have to edit out some sensitive info first (primarily the SKIN termination and legal case against GOM). They will give me the edited version this afternoon

If anyone here would like a copy, PM me. I will only entertain polite mature requests and I will reply tmrw morning. Thanks

Thank you for sharing, Anthony. It looks like presbhd are relying on MLA with the government for revenue moving forward. The current deal expires in January, and with Microsoft very publicly dumping them, my concern is that there is a real chance they won't get renewals for their other licenses in January either. If the government is cutting them loose, they're in real trouble. I suppose best bet for them is Zahid making a comeback?

think ms announcement really shocks them....nothing much really tell in the presentation as the ms announcement comes after this ir presentation and they take away the outlook section.....unless they make another ir presentation

Yes, Presbhd told me to also remove the outlook/guidance/forward-looking parts and just stick to facts. But I have the original doc :) Main unexpected hit is, of coz, the MS discontinuation but Presbhd is negotiating with MS

Honestly, as an MLA, you negotiate with the government, not Microsoft. It is the government who says this is my guy you have to go through to get my money. To use a less polite term, presbhd are rent seekers in this situation. If Microsoft is dropping them, the government must have told them that these aren't their guys once the current contract ends and the other guys will drop them as well. Even if they don't, Microsoft is probably the biggest slice of this pie.

As to prestariang's investment value, I believe they will get compensation from the government. The question is can they survive until they do and how much will they settle for. Chances are very low that they will get the full RM700 million. Best case for them was getting skin back which I thought was a real possibility because why buta buta pay settlement. It looked like strong arm tactic, batal first then nego nego, but that is looking increasingly unlikely with the reawarding of the iOS(skin under new name) in December. Valuation of this company for me honestly is wait for news. Maybe if MLA for Microsoft is extended or iis award is postponed again you can think about gambling but for me now, it's too risky.

Just to add on, there is a chance Microsoft thinks they have the leverage to get around the rent seekers and deal with the government directly and that this is a negotiation tactic. Perhaps they will come back to prestariang once the deadline approaches, but that's a few too many gambles for me to be comfortable with.

actually does microsoft or presbhd need to make announcement now regarding the channel partner agreement? shouldnt it be presbhd to make announcement after the agreement expires n not being renewed or make announcement it is being renewed near to the expiry date...since microsoft is not a listed entity in malaysia? it sounds a bit fishy to me about the announcement....maybe like what Narialse mentioned.....sthg on the microsoft side???

Imho I don’t think Govt rejected MS. It’s a tactic used by the Govt against Presbhd. Perhaps the Govt told MS “Your contract with Presbhd cannot continue coz they are suing us”

So maybe MS told Presbhd contract is discontinued. Presbhd has a duty to inform shareholders and so they made announcement. But Bursa was being responsible and halted trading in Presbhd until after 3.30pm in order for market to digest rather than let trading continue and a big share price crash throughout the day

I think it’s a tactic by the Govt. Maybe there will be an out of court settlement (which will be much less than RM733M) and then Govt is satisfied and lets MS to continue biz with Presbhd. Just my thoughts

In short, I believe the prospects of presbhd will be very good

Because I believe Barisan Nasional will win the election

Then the development of presbhd will be smooth

The stock price will fly sooner or later

If you research and look at the timelines re SKIN termination and MS contract discontinuation, you will notice SKIN official termination was on 22 Jan 2019 and MS discontinuation will be effective 31 Jan 2021. Also check date Presbhd commenced legal proceedings against the GOM. Think a bit about this...

The ori document I have states prospects/guidance. I said Presbhd told me to delete that part (in addition to certain SKIN-termination details) and then I can release the doc to the public (which I have via PMs here and other channels)

Their ori doc stated 12-24 months prospect (since Mar 2020 date of the doc) with certain client names mentioned. Those names are good, trust me (all foreign PLCs). I cannot reveal those names (I wish I can but Presbhd said no) but they are involved in cloud and open source biz

If u were Dr Abu or presbhd management,u must have foresee govern may use this MLA as a leverage against the compensation of SKIN to presbhd....Even when SKIN was first terminated in end 2018,all analyst already anticipate that presbhd legal case against govern will affect their future dealing with govern....Really wondering what presbhd is expecting about govern response towards them whereby one hand asking for compensation while the other asking for new project......

Current NO good rumours or news.

GOM terminate cz politic and money.
MS terminate cz they don't want to do buisness at
current economy ??or to show not trust GOM??
