Time for the management to start thinking of how to quickly expediate these legal proceedings before the next meeting on 20 July. Maybe cry poor and a prospect of delisting with the overhang of PN17. All the guilty party who cause the pin to be pulled on this SKIN project have since not in control, TM, MOO, Guan Eng, PKR. Should be easy to get a solution, no obstruction. Come to think of it the original SKIN project would have been up and running by now, instead of Malaysia still running with an outdated immigration system and probably need to spend millions of $$$ for an update soon.

So did they have a meeting to try and work it out? By the wording of the latest released statement it sounds like there was a meeting and it needed to continue further at a later date. ("........has been fixed for further case management......."). The previous released statement dated 19th July was worded differently ("............has been rescheduled to.......") which seems to indicate there was no meeting (postpone). It would be good if they can be more specific.

How can it be so easy to get paid $$$B by the GOM for some phantom ships and we can't get compensation for reasonable work done based on a cancelled contract for a fraction of the $$$B. Dont play with Fire. No big project. only 79million 10 qtr to deliver. other business also small small. the sales is not constant at all. it depend so strong on the gov to give him project. now election is coming, and gov keep fighitng, want to win election also no have risk.

if u calculate. fair value only 0.38 based on current profit. ....

what is so special about google cloud? u guys have to understand, previously they use microsoft to deliver the gov project. then they no more continue with microsoft as partner, so they swing to google for the cloud solution. so is just about changing cloud supplier only..

is not like they got special project from google or become special sole partner for google in malaysia....so there is nothing to be happy about....
