1.632 still undervalued. dividend 0.07/year still have 4.28% if base on your cost. All Sunway subsidiaries making profit and planning to list hospitals which carry PE of around 40. I'll hold if I were you

As main revenue and profit of Sunway is from the construction segment , so with the current situation of government cutting spending on construction....this will be bad for Sunway ....

In accordance to Sunway's latest annual report available, the profit from its Property and Construction divisions added up together, is only 47% of the total profit. That said, construction alone won't hurt the fundamental much. Don't forget about its healthcare arm ya, the muscle is growing

Sunway flow all their construction jobs inside. Not that big of an effect. And construction is only 20% of profit.

Anyway, at this price, no need to think too much. I have a small position.

Sunway is buying back own stock. It means that they think the price is worth it. If you look for 30% gain in few week time, go away from this counter.I dont think you would regret since sunway is giving dividen consistent and you will see more capital gain in future. Have faith in Jeffrey Cheah!

ocelot - ESOS is/might not issue today, it can be the person entitlement months/year ago and now only exercise his/her rights thus ESOS will not really effect the price much. (ESOS will always be issue at a lower price else who will buy?)
