Aminvest farkas … before they started buying into Sunway, keep face-shetting on it. Now, perhaps after they started to have a stake in Sunway, kissing the ass. Either incompetent analyst, cunning analyst or generally just a big mess of a bank.

I think just plain incompetent analyst... AmInvest is the one downgraded Econpile to TP 0.22.. but now.. Really lousy.. Zero Credibility. Every time I see AmInvest Report I sure shoot them, because 99% of the time they are giving bullsh1t

In KLSE, most counters are control by few people. That means easy to manipulate the price movement. I strongly believe most analysts have link with people who manipulate the counters. This is why I will not listen to analysts' comment as most of the time they show yo a way to Holland.

In this world, nothing comes free. Just do more research on the companies you wish to invest. Sunway price seldom or almost no sudden surge. But I like Sunway because they have excellent management, almost all the times all subsidiaries are making profit, good assets and types of business that can generate fix cash flow, gradually dividend growth and most important for past 6-7 years share price has been up average more than 15% pa. With current rumour of Sunway Medical centre going to list in 2019 or next year, the value of Sunway will definitely much higher if the rumour comes true..

Fundamentally strong Company and price still increasing despite weak market sentiments & Ex-Dividend. Up, up & away. As I said earlier, Nunc Aut Nunquam. It is just a matter of time that it will hit past 2. Foreign funds may still be selling now but it will taper off completely by 1st. Half of 2019. Best time to invest is now based on low Index/MYR. Foreign Funds will return in droves in 2nd. Half of 2019. Market Has No Memory !

RainT, when Suncon listed. Sunway disposed some Suncon shares and declared special dividend and dividend in species (Suncon shares). So, definitely Sunway shareholders will benefit from it

There seems to be an oversupply of houses in Iskandar johor. Is Sunway making the right decision to invest so heavily in the market?
China is building massive forest city with tens of thousands of units. UEM, PPB, Marsing are also in the party. Is there enough jobs to support the housing market?
