Fair value at 1.80 , still got room to go up at current price, from the performance of Suncon and Sunreit, Sunway price likely to go up again, and not to mention good contribution from their medical centre

With cash flow tightening the very high PE ratio is a big problem. EPF cannot justify holding too much. Risky. Many lower PE similar stocks around with stronger fundamentals. Must do the numbers first. Will find hold at 1.40-1.50.

no worry, earning from health care segment will cushion the impact of hotel and mall, overall i think price won't drop sharply, it will move up gradually toward 1.80 while still paying out dividend or bonus share annually

I am ok with the ICPS since it is 5 to 1 at RM1 with 5.0+% dividend per annum. I see next QR will be not good as well. Am planning to sell some of Sunway shares in near term to buy other shares. WIll still keep majority of it for long term due to its diversified portfolio and potential medical centre
IPO.

Long term is good prospect for Sunway but Q2 all expected even poor results. That's why i decided sold this morning and switch to other counter which will gain faster. Will revisit back Sunway after Q2.
