sunway lagoon reopened yesterday with good reception. good crowd at sunway pyramid as well, though not as big as before. I might have made a mistake selling my sunway shares.

Just my 2cents - This counter is for long term holding, if you guys are planning to flip for a quick profit, this isn't a counter for you to look into. Sunway is good with their management and indeed it is an undervalued gem with good potential upside. Not forgetting that they've been distributing decent dividend constantly.

Few things that make me want to buy more:
1) Trading at discount to NTA
2) Good track record
3) Good management
4) Decent dividend
5) Strategic location with nice developments
6) UNDERVALUED GEM where people tend to neglect at it.

allocate your money in this and serve as FD.
1) Sunway will continue to grow with its medical segment contributing. (total 6 new sunway med center will be launch by 2022, total 1300 bed)
2) icps allow u to convert to sunway ordinary share at RM1 after all these hospital is completed : )
Unless you telling me going to hospital will be cheaper and cheaper, i think medical is definitely profitable.
I m buying into this future. Value investment

Second quarter looks optimistic for Sunway group as they will have profit and earnings in international projects and also disposal gains for their sunway pinnacle.

Please beware, the worse haven't come yet:
1.) 1st quarter end at March 31 profit drop -43% from 136 mil to 78 mil.
2.) Share price dropped -19% from ~1.60 to 1.34 after 1st quarter result released on May.
3.) China & Sg profit only come in at 3rd quarter, which is 2nd half based on SUNWAY CEO info.
4.) 2nd quarter likely to turn near loss because the MCO start from March till June.
5.) 2020 forward PE going to be 17-18 range, F.EPS 8 sens, not really undervalue.
6.) Share price likely drop to RM1.1 range w 2nd quarter result release on August by adjust back to the normalize industry PE range.

Can buy at lower price because the share price is at downtrend now.

My key takeaways for Ecoworld International. The only pure play overseas property developer in Malaysia. Hope they will provide great guidance on the Company’s financials and outlook especially for those that wanted to diversify into overseas real estate investments. Ideas are easy but execution is everything. That’s what Ecoworld International is doing now. Good weekend guys!
