Red dragon, shall be not effect on the mother, but warrant exercise price adjust to rm1.56. this crps will only start convert after four year.

Alfl3 ,yes got dividend. It's all list out in the announcement, if u really want to invest in this share, u have to more active than other to get the info.

People dump mother share I can understand, but warrant also being dump this I don't really catch it. Exercise price adjust down and get 6.28percent additional warrant, ain't it good?

For the ICPS, does it still have 5% interest, besides dividend payment, like they original announced?

Trading of Rights will begin on Monday 9th Nov and ends on the 19th Nov.
Last day of payment is on the 26th Nov. You can sell the rights if you choose not to subscribe.

ICULS is irredeemable unsecured loan stock. Sunway is issuing ICPS irredeemable convertible preference share. The conversion price has been fixed at 1.00 (need not calculate ). Preference share is like a loan and that's why it pays 5% yearly interest. you can choose to convert into mother share beginning on the 4th year. Otherwise it will be automatically converted at the end of life on the 5th year.
There is no additional cost upon conversion because holders of ICPS have already paid for it.
The conversion ratio is one icps for one mother share. Due to its conversion nature, holders of ICPS can also directly participate in the growth and development of the company. when sunway enjoys earning growth the share price will go up. so, does the price of ICPS.

If I choose to hold it until the 5th year, does the conversion price is still RM1, regardless of the market price of this preference share, and the number of preference share will add to the mother share on the 5th year, am I right?

Anyone going to buy more? If you are getting it today then your average buying price is RM0.00, means any increase or decrease in this ICPS will not affect much on your portfolio.

If collecting now then it the market price will fluctuation together with your holding.

Any advise?

Broker answer: That is the preference right issue ( PR) offer by Sunway, mean you may use RM 1 to subscript the PR and you will hold sunway preference share thereafter..

Sorry anyone else can explain better. I dont know what to do with it, or how to subscribe also.... zz.

Where do you get the info for the RM12 fee? Is it fixed to all the brokerage account?

Just to confirm whether the following is correct:
After getting the sunway-pr then we need to pay for RM1 for each pr plus RM12 fee, to get the ICPS.
When convert from ICPS to mother share, what is the conversion price and fee involved?

a 6 bil market cap company with a 10bil current liability. issue rights to repay debt plus selling equity to raise fund. it says alot. some more sunway business model of having internal synergistic benefits among different business arms only do very when economy is good, when times are bad, it is an endless downward spiral. nevertheless, its a good company, it just that, now is not the time to enter, there are much more attractive options out there.

My bank charge RM12. You have to check with your broker before you buy the PR or intend to sell.
