Speculation that QE3 is coming to an end. Possible scenario that the US dollar appreciate against the ringgit. Driving up local bonds yields thus narrowing its spread against Reit yields.

Stareit is good. pavreit has a little more potential going forward.
stareit is in hospitality. pavreit retail.

stareit is better for dividend yield but pavreit has good potential for capital gain.. depends on which one u prefer :)

overpriced perhaps over the short term, especially with the postponement of Farenheit. but long-term? this is an expending mall and tower in the golden triangle.

this is a good investment trust, company with very healthy balance sheet and good cash flow. I agreed with our friend haikeyila said, long term investment is the choice.
