Every public listed company has its own corporate rules, and to be fair not only both of them are in troubles, and not only just 2 of them are having issues with suspected frauds. it's daily business shit. it's either you want to focus on opportunity or you just want to highlight on negatives.

Malay hold a economic pie of business equivalent to the chinese at 1 to 1 basis mah!
Malay hold the huge economic pie thru GLC and compulsory 30% allocation of business to them for their investment participations thru IPO compliance, whereas the chinese mainly do small businesses like SME mah!

The malay should not feel left out, bcos all the iron bowl govt jobs of more than 90% are held by them mah!

If Petronas take-over Sap, it is just Vertical Integration. Petronas all this while just hand-out contracts to Sub-Con to Drill and extract Oil for Petronas to Sell. Sap is the sub-con that can lay piping, construct platform and
also do Deep sea Drilling. I think SAP will get alot contracts due to EU boycott Russian Oil. But at current
financial situation, staying afloat is already a remarkable achievement

Honest speaking I still don't think is opportunity for now, only if bossku back to game, i guess many were happy in share market. I am neutral guy in share market just that najib is over bias at the debate. I no say no good. if you are a risk taker you will surely join in and share this piece of cake 2, same goes to me. I love swing and high risk counter. More risk more reward. I never said bankrupt, but still not the best timing and opportunity for now. Share price is too volatile. I remain go big cake or go home. Down more only start chip in. 4-5 is more safe to go.
